As you drive, you can enjoy the Ford SYNC infotainment system, Cross Traffic Alert, Blind Spot Information System and Live Traffic. Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control combines Intelligent Speed Assist with Traffic Sign Recognition and cruise control technology is designed to identify the prevailing speed limit and automatically restrict the vehicle's speed within the limit detected.
Designed to temporarily prevent you from rolling down a slope when you move your foot from the brake pedal to the accelerator pedal. Hill Start Assist feature allows you to drive with advanced confidence. The Transit Minibus is fitted with Electronic Stability Control (ESC) as standard. Ford’s unique roll-rate sensor helps the Roll Stability Control system to keep the tyres grounded under conditions of high centre of gravity and when driving through off-camber turns.

Performance
Each engine in the next-generation Ford EcoBlue diesel range has been optimised to meet the needs of today's business world. The upgraded engines are even cleaner and more efficient than their predecessors, with lower CO2 and NOx emissions. A revised high-pressure fuel-injection system helps achieve more efficient combustion, while the use of low friction technologies reduces power losses within the engine.
New Transit's range of upgraded Ford EcoBlue diesel engines meets the latest stringent European Heavy Duty Stage 6 emissions standards. Ford EcoBlue diesel engines have been fitted with a Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system that uses AdBlue®, a urea/water-based fluid to convert NOx emissions in the exhaust gas into nitrogen and water vapour. Diesel vehicles are also fitted with a diesel particulate filter which reduces more than 99% of emitted solid particulates from the vehicle’s exhaust.
