Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional New and Used Car Sales Executive to join our reputable dealership in Llandudno Junction. This role involves engaging with prospective buyers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales of both new and pre-owned vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles, ensuring a personalised sales experience
  • Conduct in-depth product presentations for both new and used cars, highlighting features and benefits
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal, including upselling where appropriate
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory and promotions.
  • Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and follow up on potential sales opportunities
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Coordinate with finance teams to facilitate smooth transaction processes for customers
  • Assist in organising test drives and vehicle demonstrations as required
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies during all sales activities

Qualifications/Experience

  • Proven experience in Car sales is preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette, active listening, and persuasive speaking abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • A professional demeanour with a proactive approach to customer service
  • A valid driving licence is essential.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales is desirable but not necessary
