Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for automobiles. The Car Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure a satisfying purchase experience. This position requires strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
• Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling and networking to generate leads.
• Utilize CRM software to manage the sales pipeline and track customer interactions.
• Engage in high-end sales negotiations to close deals effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
• Manage inventory control and assist in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote dealership events and special offers.
• Upsell additional products or services that enhance the customer’s purchase experience.
• Participate in public speaking engagements or presentations as needed to promote dealership offerings.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experiences:

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automobile or retail industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes is advantageous.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Experience with CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of retail math and organizational skills for effective inventory management.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for engaging customers professionally.
