Sales Executive - Citroën

We are currently recruiting for an experienced car sales executive.

As a Car Sales Executive, you will look forward to interacting with customers in the showroom and via digitals channels. You will deliver a great customer experience, ensuring that our customers needs are understood. You will make recommendations on products that meet their requirements and guide them though the sales process, providing advice and assistance with any queries they may have.​

We’re looking for someone to:

• Provide the highest levels of customer service.
• Deliver an exceptional sales experience.
• Attain and exceed personal car sales objectives, profit targets and activity levels.

To aid your personal development you will be given access to first class support from both W R Davies and Stellantis, including in-house and manufacturer training.

The ideal candidate will:

• Work in accordance with manufacturer standards and dealership requirements
• Have excellent communication skills and be confident in liaising with customers via telephone, email, video and in-person
• Be IT Literate and confident using a PC and tablet
• Have strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Be a solution focused individual with a natural problem-solving aptitude
• Have excellent time management skills
• Be focused on delivering a first-class customer experience
• Be smart in appearance and well organised
• Have a positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team

Previous, successful, car sales experience for the role and a proven successful track record in delivering a customer centric, first class, experience is a must.

You must hold a full UK Driving Licence

The successful candidate will benefit from;

· Company car (subject to eligibility)

· 22 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (in lieu)

Competitive Basic Salary of £19,000 plus commission, OTE of £35-£40,000.

Competitive monthly commission structure, plus manufacturer reward schemes.

1 day off each week (mid-week), every other Sunday off.
