Using our specialist system, you will receive a video via email highlighting any areas where attention is needed. You can see exactly what is required as your expert Technician takes you through the Health Check.
Whenever you visit a Renault service centre for maintenance or repair, our technicians will provide a complimentary Vehicle Health Check. This is your safety net against unexpected car troubles.
To help you comprehend your vehicle's health, we generate an easy-to-read report. This colour-coded document highlights potential issues.
Red- signifies urgent attention for safety. Often,
safety concerns and/or legal implications can be the cause of this.
Amber - indicates upcoming maintenance will be required. You will have the opportunity to authorise the proposed maintenance,
benefiting from the use of authentic Renault parts and your vehicle already being on the ramp,
under the care of our Renault-trained technicians.
Green – suggests your Renault is performing at its optimum level and no work is needed.
When you have your Vehicle Health Check completed the Technician will mark your components either Red, Amber or Green depending on the condition of the parts. As you would expect Green means the item is all fine and doesn't need attention, Amber highlights the part will need replacing in a set period of time and Red means this item need to be replaced immediately.
