How we're keeping our Nissan showrooms safe

W R Davies Nissan has now reopened in line with current Government Guidance. All departments are now open and ready to get you back on the road. See below regarding the opening of our Service, Parts, Bodyshop and Sales Departments across Staffordshire and Shropshire. The safety of our team and customers is key. So, we'll be putting social distancing measures in place. Meaning there will be fewer cars and no brochures or magazines on display. But you'll still get the friendly welcome and high-quality service you expect.

What to expect if you visit us

We're open for business, but our first priority is to keep you safe. If you do visit us, these are the important steps we'll be taking:

We'll keep to the two-meter distancing rule at all times, making sure there's enough room for this throughout the showroom. We’ll keep doors open and pathways clear to avoid any unnecessary contact​.

Please wear a face covering upon entering the showroom. Those not wearing a mask may be asked to leave.

When you arrive, our host will greet you at the entrance, maintaining the two-metre distancing rule We’ll thoroughly clean all surfaces and vehicles in our showroom between every use​. Hand sanitiser will be available for you to use throughout your visit.

Socially distance measures are now in place to allow customers to arrange and enjoy a test drive.​Test drives will be unaccompanied, on a predetermined route​. We will make sure the vehicle is ready and waiting for you to enjoy​.

We'll ask you to pay by credit or debit cars, or bank transfer to avoid the need to handle cash.

The Click & Collect service allows W R Davies Nissan to deliver any vehicles purchased in a safe, contactless manner in accordance with Government Guidance.

Sales Departments

Our available used car stock is currently online for you to view, and we can assist with new car queries also. In addition to visiting our dealership we’re still offering remote part exchange valuations, video and e-mail support and contactless delivery for any vehicles giving you peace of mind throughout the process.
